    固定式液压升降机

    液压升降机工作原理

    液压油由叶片泵形成一定的压力,经滤油器,隔爆型电磁换向阀、节流阀、液控单向阀、平衡阀进入液缸下端,使液缸的活塞向上运动,提升重物,液缸上端回油经隔爆型电磁换向阀回到油箱,其额定压力通过溢流阀进行调整,通过压力表观察压力表读数值。

    液缸的活塞向下运动(即重物下降)。液压油经防爆型电磁换向阀进入液缸上端,液缸下端回油经平衡阀、液控单向阀、节流阀、隔爆型电磁换向阀回到油箱。为使重物下降平稳,制动安全可靠,在回油路上设置平衡阀,平衡回路,保持压力,使下降速度不受重物而变化,由节流阀调节流量,控制升降速度。为使制动安全可靠,防止意外,增加液控单向阀,即液压锁,保证在液压管线意外爆裂时能安全自锁。安装了超载声报警器,用以区别超载或设备故障。

    电器控制系统通过防爆按钮来控制电机的转动,隔爆型电磁换向阀的换向,以保持载荷提升或下降,且通过“LOGO”程序调整时间延迟量,避免电机频繁启动而影响使用寿命。

Working principle of hydraulic elevator
Hydraulic oil made certain pressure vane pump, the oil filter, flameproof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, balance valve into the lower cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder piston upward movement, improve the weight, the upper cylinder oil return by the flameproof electromagnetic directional valve back to the fuel tank, the rated pressure through the overflow valve adjustment, observing the pressure gauge pressure       gauge reading values.
The piston of the cylinder moves downward. The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the lower end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, the liquid controlled one-way valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to stabilize the drop of the weight and ensure the safety and reliability of braking, a balance valve and a balance circuit are set on the oil return circuit to maintain the pressure, so that the drop speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve regulates the flow and controls the rise and fall speed. In order to make the brake safe and reliable, to prevent accidents, increase the hydraulic control check valve, that is, the hydraulic lock, to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safe when the accidental explosion of the lock. Installed overload sound alarm to distinguish overload or equipment failure.
The electrical control system controls the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof button and the reversing of the flameproof electromagnetic directional valve to keep the load up or down, and adjusts the amount of time delay through the “LOGO” program to avoid the influence of frequent start of the motor on the service life.
