1:防坠安全器

    防坠安全器是施工升降机上重要的一个部件,要依靠它来消除吊笼坠落事故的发生,保证乘员的生命安全。因此防坠安全器出厂试验是非常严格的,出厂前由法定的检验单位对它进行转矩的测量,临界转速时测量,弹簧压缩量的测量,每台都附有测试报告,组装到施工升降机上后进行额定载荷下的坠落试验,而工地上使用中的升降机都必须每三个月检测一次坠落试验。对出厂两年的防坠安全器,还必须送到法定的检验单位进行检测实验,以后每年检测一次,到目前为止很少有人送检,有些工地甚至连每三个月检测一次坠落试验都不做,都人为自己的防坠安全器没有问题,可是一旦出了事故就后悔莫及。为什么不按制度定期试验和送检呢?使用单位盲目人为不坏就算好。实际上防坠安全器好坏只能通过试验和送检才能判断好坏,日常运行中是无法确定其是否好坏的,对那些超期服役的防坠安全器,建议还是早些送检和定期试验为好,只有做到心中有数,才能将恶性事故防患于未燃。

2:安全开关

    升降机的安全开关都是根据安全需要设计的,有围栏门限位、吊笼门限位、顶门限位、极限位开关、上下限位开关、对重防断绳保护开关等。一些工地上为了省事将一些限位开关人为的取消和短接或损坏后不及时修复,就等于取消另外这几道安全防线,种下了事故隐患。

3:齿轮、齿条的磨损更换

    工地上的施工、作业环境条件恶劣,水泥、砂浆、尘土不可能消除干净,齿轮与齿条的相互研磨,齿都磨尖了仍然还在使用,应当引起重视。众所周知,齿形应如同一个悬梁臂,当磨损到一定尺寸时,必须更换齿轮或齿条。:

4:缓冲器
