    我们可以通过一个简单试验说明,当用四根木棍绑成的正方形,于一侧加一水平力时,木棍的尺寸没有变,而其几何形状由正方形变为平行四边形,说明四边形是几何不稳定图形。当在四边形中间加绑一根斜棍后,图形成稳定性,即三角形,为几何稳定图形,此时水平力并未改变图形几何状。固定式升降平台正是由许多立杆与水平铰接组成的四边形,所以必须加设剪刀撑增加其稳定性。实际上,即使没有纵向水平力,升降平台在垂直载荷作用下,同样也会发生倾斜,因为垂直载荷并非均匀。

    剪刀撑在升降平台中是承受拉杆或压杆的作用,而杆件承拉或受压力的大小主要是靠扣件的抗滑能力,所以在剪刀撑斜杆上扣件设置的越多,其受力效果越好,斜杆的接长采用搭接,搭接处不少于2个回转扣减,搭接长度1米。

    第一、液压升降货梯对4米以上的在建工程,必须随施工层按规定要求支搭3米宽的安全网;

    第二、液压升降平台在施工时,在首层必须固定一道3-6米宽的双层安全网,并要求安全网的外口要比里口高60-80厘米。

    第三、升降平台的安全网一律采用组合钢管角架来挑支,并用钢丝绳崩挂。安全网外沿要尽量绷直,内口要与建筑物绑牢固,其空隙不得大于150毫米。

    第四、升降货梯施工时,处首层不需安装一道安全网外,好必须每隔4层固定一道300毫米宽的安全网;

    第五、在建工程的电梯井、采光井、螺旋楼梯口,处必须搭设防护栏杆外,还应在井口内的首层固定一道安全网,并要每隔4层固定一道安全网;

    第六、液压升降平台首层安全网距离地面的高度,如安全网为3000毫米宽时,不得小于3米;如果是6000毫米宽的安全网,则距离地面的高度不得小于5米。

升降货梯水平安全网应用直径9毫米的麻绳、棕绳或尼龙绳编织,一般宽为3米,长为6米,网眼为5厘米左右。每块支好的安全网应能承受不小于1600N的冲击载荷,要求受冲击后网绳、系绳、边绳不断。凡有霉烂、腐朽、漏洞的安全网均不得使用。

The fixed lifting platform is just a quadrilateral composed of many vertical bars and horizontal hinged, so the scissors support must be added to increase its stability. In fact, even if there is no longitudinal horizontal force, the lifting platform will also tilt under the vertical load, because the vertical load is not uniform.
Scissor support in the lifting platform is to bear the role of the pull rod or pressure rod, and the size of the rod support or under pressure is mainly by the anti-slip ability of the fastener, so in the scissor support inclined rod fastener set more, the better its stress effect, the extension of the inclined rod using lap joint, lap joint no less than 2 rotary deduction, lap length of 1 meter.
First, the hydraulic lift cargo ladder for the construction of more than 4 meters, must be with the construction layer in accordance with the requirements of the 3 meters wide safety net;
Second, during the construction of the hydraulic lifting platform, a 3-6 meter wide double-layer safety net must be fixed on the first floor, and the safety net should be 60-80 cm higher than the inner mouth.

The outer edge of the safety net should be as straight as possible, and the inner mouth should be tied firmly with the building. The gap should not be more than 150 mm.
Fourth, when lifting cargo ladder construction, do not need to install a safety net outside the first floor, good must be fixed every 4 layers a 300 mm wide safety net;
Fifth, the elevator Wells, daylighting Wells and spiral staircases of the projects under construction must be equipped with protective railings. A safety net shall be fixed on the first floor of the well head, and one safety net shall be fixed on every fourth floor.
Sixth, hydraulic lifting platform first floor safety net height from the ground, if the safety net is 3000 mm wide, not less than 3 meters; If the net is 6000 mm wide, the height from the ground shall not be less than 5 meters.
The horizontal safety net shall be braided with hemp rope, palm rope or nylon rope with a diameter of 9 mm, generally 3 meters wide and 6 meters long with a mesh of about 5 centimeters. Each good safety net should be able to withstand the impact load of not less than 1600N, the requirements of impact after the net rope, tethered rope, side rope. No safety net that is mouldy, rotten or leaky shall be used.
